Today I am going to share with you an exercise that came up in one of my mentoring sessions recently. It’s a great way to help you stay centered in your daily life and feel more balanced and at peace with everything that you’re feeling.

Emotional Regulation and HSPs

If we HSPs have a problem, we all agree it is overstimulation. But I realize that emotion and empathy, the E in DOES (Depth of Processing, Overstimulation, Emotionally responsive/Empathy, and Sensitive to Subtle), while not at all an inherent problem, can be an even bigger issue for HSPs, “for better and for worse.”

HSP & energy flows

We exchange all (highly sensitive or not) continuous energy from with our environment, and especially with the other people where we handle it. That is a principle of give and take and hear just in living beings. You give your attention to someone, then that energy.

HSP children and Over-stimulated

Over-stimulated hitting/is not something exclusive for highly sensitive children. Too much stimuli, it happens to every child that gets settled and that's normal. Children still need to learn how to deal with this. Because hsk's * more frequent over-stimulated, this certainly are for hsk's.Everyone gets settled over-stimulated.
